Helmsman is pre-launch. These terms are intentionally brief and cover only the website and waitlist as they exist now. They are not legal advice, and a fuller agreement will arrive with the first release of the app.

About these terms

These cover your use of the helmsman.sh website and the waitlist while Helmsman is pre-launch. The desktop app is not yet released. Its full license and terms will be published with the first release.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may send you one email when Helmsman ships. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing hello@helmsman.sh. Please do not submit addresses that are not yours.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the site or its forms, and do not use the site unlawfully. The waitlist endpoint is rate limited and protected against abuse.

No warranty

The site and any pre-launch information are provided "as is" without warranties. Details, dates, system requirements, and pricing are not final and may change before launch.

Intellectual property

The Helmsman name, the site content, and its artwork are owned by the project. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the launch of the app will bring a complete set of product terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
